The advertiser will be responsible for and shall indemnify A Great Place Ltd against all losses, damages, costs and expenses by reason or on account of any libel or any infringement of copyright due to copy and/or photographs supplied by the advertiser. In the event that A Great Place Ltd is found liable to pay damage, costs or expenses, the advertiser will be liable to pay the same to A Great Place Ltd.

A Great Place Ltd reserves the right to remove, refuse, or amend any listings.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
